1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is:

Eclixia is not required to appoint a data protection officer under article 37 of the GDPR. For any question relating to the protection of your data, you can write directly to hello@eclixia.com.

2. Data collected

This site is deliberately spare: it has no customer area, no sign-up and no newsletter. Two sources of collection exist, and only two.

What you send us

The demonstration request form collects the following information:

• Your name: to identify your request and reply to you properly.
• The brand or company and the number of locations: to understand the size and nature of your network before we talk.
• Your work email: to reply to you.
• Your phone number, optional: to call you back if you would rather.
• Your message: to prepare the demonstration on your real situation.

This information is sent by email to our business mailbox. It is not recorded in any database belonging to the site, which is a set of static files with no database at all.

What audience measurement records

We measure traffic to the site with a tool we host ourselves, in France. On each page view, it notes the page consulted, the page you came from, the device type, the browser, the operating system, the language, the screen resolution, the country and the city. That information feeds daily counters, and a log of recent visits that is erased in full every day.

No cookies, no storage in your browser, no visitor identifier, no profiling. Your IP address is used solely to derive a country and a city at the moment of the visit: it is not recorded anywhere. There is therefore no way, from these measurements, to trace back to a person, nor to link two visits together.

We collect no sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR, and we neither buy nor receive data from third parties.

Once these periods expire, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by Eclixia. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to third parties, and it serves no targeted advertising.

This site calls no third-party service in your browser: no ad platform, no tag manager, no remote font, no embedded booking tool. Everything the page loads comes from franchify.app, with the single exception of our own measurement tool, hosted on our servers.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

None. Hosting, email and audience measurement all take place in France. No data collected by this site is transferred outside the European Union.

7. Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies, whether technical, analytical or advertising, and writes nothing into your browser's local storage.

That is why no consent banner is shown to you: article 82 of the French data protection act only requires consent to be obtained for accessing or writing information in the user's equipment. There is none of that here.

8. Automated decisions and profiling

No solely automated decision within the meaning of article 22 of the GDPR is taken from the data on this site, and no profiling is carried out. Demonstration requests are read and handled by a person.

9. Your rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (art. 15): obtain a copy of the data concerning you and the information relating to its processing.
• Right to rectification (art. 16): correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Right to erasure (art. 17): request the deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Right to restriction (art. 18): request that processing be temporarily frozen in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
• Right to portability (art. 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object (art. 21): object to the processing, in particular to any commercial prospecting.
• Right to set post-mortem instructions (art. 85 of the French data protection act).

To exercise your rights, write to hello@eclixia.com stating your identity. We reply within one month of receiving your request (art. 12 of the GDPR), a period that may be extended to three months for complex or numerous requests.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL):

10. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction:

• Encryption of communications by HTTPS across the whole site, form submission included.
• Transmission of the form to our mail service over an encrypted, authenticated connection.
• Restricted access to the messages received, with strong authentication.
• Access logs and alerts in the event of suspicious activity.
• Regular security updates of the systems and dependencies.
• Encrypted backups, with controlled retention.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may change, in particular if the site were to use new measurement methods or offer new services. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, the modification will be flagged on the site.
