Franchify plugs into what the network already uses
What Franchify holds, in seven areas
Seven working screens, one single database. Each of them is a control desk, not a reporting tab.
The full funnel, from first contact to revenue
Opportunities, quotes sent, quotes signed, payments collected, with their conversion rates. The same funnel for the whole network, then branch by branch.

Every branch scored on facts, every territory on a map
A score recalculated every night on criteria you weight, a frozen history, the zones assigned and the zones still free.

Advertising judged on deals, reputation on one screen
Return on investment calculated on revenue actually signed, offline conversions sent back to the ad platforms every night, listings and reviews location by location.

Every enquiry, from the form to the signed deal
Leads sorted by channel, missed calls, pending follow-ups and unpaid invoices, each in its own tab.
Royalties calculated, invoiced and chased
Monthly calculation on the revenue synced from the CRM, arrears flagged, disputes tracked inside the tool.
Obligations kept current, without the cardboard folder
Document calendar, reminders before expiry, electronic signature, regulatory registers.
A network that compares itself, competes and talks
Points, levels, badges and the monthly leaderboard, news, procedures and who has been trained.
Head office steers the network. Each franchisee steers their branch
The same data, two readings, no re-entry. The franchisee keeps working in their CRM: their deals, quotes and invoices come up on their own, and the platform can write back to them too.
The network's activity, without having asked for it
Revenue, royalties to collect, leads for the month, branches to watch: head office stops chasing figures in order to consolidate them by hand.
- Branches compared on exactly the same indicators
- What needs handling today, sorted and costed
- A score recalculated every night, on criteria you set

Their priorities for the day, and their margin explained
The franchisee does not inherit one more dashboard: they open the list of what they have to do, and they see the detail of what makes up their score and their royalty.
- Each branch only sees its own, head office sees the network
- Royalties itemised line by line, with no grey areas
- Their place in the network, on the same criteria as everyone else

One single database, two reading scopes: that is the condition for nobody to argue with the figure any more.
The tool works through the night
Five uses of artificial intelligence in production and around sixty scheduled tasks. All of them are modules like any other: switchable on or off, network by network.
The network records an average ROAS of 23.98 over 30 days, improving across most branches. Cost per acquisition remains under control.

A summary written by the AI inside the product, dated, from the network's own figures.
AI built in
5- Written audit reportsHead office picks an analysis template, the AI writes from the branch's real data, charts included.
- Reading documents from the fieldThe franchisee photographs a docket, the AI extracts the values and feeds the register. No data entry.
- Video meeting minutesMeetings are transcribed then summarized, and the minutes file themselves into the network's documents.
- Review repliesFor every review, a suggested reply on brand and in the customer's language, approved before it is published.
- Conversational assistantAn internal chat that knows the network's context, switchable module by module like the rest.
Automation
60- CRM sync, both waysOpportunities, quotes, invoices and customers come up continuously, and the platform can write back to the franchisee too.
- Closed advertising loopEvery night, signed sales go back as offline conversions with their value.
- Satisfaction on autopilotInvoice paid, survey sent. Unhappy customer, alert to head office.
- Royalties and collectionMonthly calculation, invoicing, arrears tracking and optional collection reminders.
- Nightly scoring, with memoryEach branch's score is recalculated every night, and history is frozen even if the rules change.
- Watching the machineryMonitors check that the queues are running and that the ad platforms still accept conversions.
- The AI writes, it never calculates. The figures come from the application.
- Nothing reaches an end customer without human approval.
Where your data lives, and what you switch on
Three questions a franchisor always asks during a demonstration, and which are better answered beforehand.
On infrastructure we run ourselves
Franchify runs on servers we operate ourselves, in France, not on a third-party vendor's platform that would host your competitors along the way. Each network is walled off, each branch only sees its own scope, and every write made into your tools is logged.
You choose the scope
Twenty-four modules out of thirty-one switch on à la carte. A module switched off truly disappears: its route closes, its menu entry goes, its automated sends stop. That is also why no price is shown here: the price follows the scope, and the scope follows how you are organized.
What is missing gets added
Screens, indicators and the fields extracted from your documents are set to match your activity. Franchify connects to the CRM, the ad platforms, telephony and payments, and a public read API opens the network's data to your own tools.
Built in the field, not on a whiteboard
Franchify was designed and proven with Les Débarrasseurs de l'Extrême, who run it in production across their whole network. Every module came from a real head office or franchisee need, then was tested in live conditions before entering the product. That is also why the product is not sector-specific: what was built there turned out to be the common skeleton of any network, and what belonged to the trade became configurable.
A product we show, not one you download
We walk through it on your own network, and we tell you plainly whether you need it today or not yet.
