Before you decide

The questions people ask before signing

Where your data lives, what you switch on, how we start and who it is built for. The answers are written here rather than kept for the demonstration.

A human replies within one working day. No sign-up, no public trial.

Your data

Where your data lives, and what you switch on

Three questions a franchisor always asks during a demonstration, and which are better answered beforehand.

On infrastructure we operate ourselves

Franchify does not run on a third-party vendor's platform that would host your competitors along the way: the servers are ours, in France, and we answer for them. Each network is walled off from the others, each branch only sees its own scope, and every write the platform makes into your tools is logged with its date, its author and its result.

You choose the scope, module by module

Thirty-one modules, twenty-four of which switch on à la carte. We only open the ones your network needs, and add more later if that changes. A module switched off truly disappears: its route closes, its menu entry goes, its automated sends stop. That is also why no price is shown here, the price following the scope and the scope following how you are organized.

What is missing gets added

Screens, indicators and the fields extracted from your documents are set to match your activity. Missing connections are built on request, and a public read API, twenty-one resources strong, opens the network's data to your own tools.

Getting started

How we start, in three stages

What happens after the demonstration, in order. None of these stages begins before the previous one is closed.

  1. The demonstration, on your own situation

We open the tool on the questions you are asking, with your organization in mind: how many branches, which tools are already in place, what costs you time today. At the end, we tell you plainly whether your network needs it now or not yet.

  2. Scoping, module by module

The modules are reviewed with you: the ones we open, the ones we leave closed, and what your trade is missing. This is also where we settle the connections to wire up, the royalty calculation rules and the scoring criteria, because those are what will count from then on.

  3. Opening, then the follow-through

The network is opened, the connections are established, head office and the franchisees are onboarded separately: they have neither the same screens nor the same questions. After that we stay the people you talk to, and the scope keeps moving with the network.

No duration is announced here, and that is deliberate: it depends on the number of branches, the tools already in place and the scope agreed. It gets estimated during scoping, with you, just like the price.

Who it is for

Built for networks that have outgrown the spreadsheet

Whatever the trade: Franchify is network steering software, not a sector tool.

Franchisors

From the point where the number of branches makes manual consolidation untenable, and royalties deserve better than a monthly hand calculation. Usually around five to ten locations, and we will tell you plainly if you are not there yet.

Owned branch networks

The same need without the royalties: compare locations, run the network, track compliance and see real advertising performance by territory. The modules that do not concern an owned network never open.

Multi-site businesses

Several locations with their own operational metrics, which off-the-shelf tools cannot track together. Screens, registers and the fields extracted from documents are set to match the activity.

Frequently asked

What we get asked about running a network

What is franchise management software?
It is the tool that brings together everything a franchisor has to track across all their branches: commercial performance, royalties, document compliance, network life, online visibility. It differs from a CRM, which handles the customer relationship of a single entity, by giving two readings of the same data: head office across the whole network, and the franchisee on their own branch.
How is Franchify different from a CRM?
It does not replace one, it plugs into it. Each franchisee keeps their CRM and carries on working in it; opportunities, quotes, invoices and customers flow up continuously, and the platform can write back to them too. Franchify adds what no CRM does: network consolidation, royalty calculation, branch scoring, and the match between advertising and business actually signed. What a CRM does and does not do, in detail.
From how many branches does it pay off?
Usually around five to ten locations, when consolidating by hand starts to cost more than it returns and royalties deserve better than a monthly hand calculation. Below that a well-kept spreadsheet is often enough, and we will say so plainly.
Do we have to change tools to use it?
No. Franchify connects to the CRM, the ad platforms, telephony, payments and the network's website, whatever technology sits behind them. Missing connections are added on request, and a public read API exposes the network's data to your own tools.
How are royalties calculated?
On the revenue synced from each branch's CRM, every month, with invoicing, arrears tracking and optional collection reminders. The franchisee sees the detail line by line, which is what ends the arguments about the basis of calculation.
Does it suit an owned branch network, with no franchising?
Yes. The need is the same apart from royalties: compare locations, run the network, track compliance and see real advertising performance by territory. Modules switch on à la carte, so an owned network never opens the ones that do not concern it.
Does Franchify work for any trade?
Yes, it is network steering software, not a sector tool. Screens, indicators and the fields extracted from documents are set to match your activity, and whatever your trade is missing gets added on request.
Can we try it?
Not in the open: there is no sign-up and no public trial. We demo it against your own situation, and we tell you plainly whether your network needs it today or not yet.
