Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the site or of its content, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Eclixia. Failure to comply constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer (articles L335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code).

The trademarks, logos and distinctive signs appearing on the site are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration. Any reproduction or use without prior express authorisation is strictly prohibited.

The other product, service and company names quoted on this site are quoted purely descriptively, to indicate the tools the platform connects to. They belong to their respective holders, and mentioning them implies neither partnership nor endorsement on their part.

Limitation of liability

Eclixia does everything possible to ensure the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information published on its site. However, Eclixia cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available, nor the absence of errors or viruses.

Accordingly, Eclixia declines all liability for:

• any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission in the information available on the site;
• any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party that led to a modification of the information made available on the site;

Any site wishing to create a hypertext link towards franchify.app must obtain the prior authorisation of Eclixia. That authorisation cannot be granted to sites whose content would be contrary to the law in force or to public decency, or would infringe the rights of third parties.

This site sets no cookies and embeds no advertising trackers. Audience measurement is done with a tool we host ourselves, without cookies and without a visitor identifier. That is why no consent banner is shown to you.

The services of Eclixia and the Franchify platform are addressed exclusively to professionals (business-to-business relations). The consumer mediation scheme provided for by articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, which is reserved for disputes with consumers, therefore does not apply.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the franchify.app website will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the remit of the Lyon Court of Appeal, except where mandatory rules of public policy provide otherwise.
